To organise, educate, mobilise and unite workers, youth, women, students, peasants, artisans, professionals, communities and all oppressed and exploited people around socialist ideology, class solidarity and democratic mass action; to build grassroots structures and political consciousness across Nigeria; to sustain campaigns against hardship, insecurity, exploitation, inequality and anti-people policies; to strengthen the relationship between the socialist movement and organised labour; and to work toward the emergence of a Mass Workers Party and the Party for Socialist Transformation as instruments for achieving the Socialist Transformation of Nigeria.
